A Bit Awkward But Got There in the End
Good points:
- Staff I dealt with were lovely and generally accessible.

Good but needs work.
Lovely staff but very long delays in emails sent with poor answers. Did not provide an inventory until three weeks after requested and provided after we moved into the flat.
