Service is fine. My only criticism is that every time I deal with L&S I am talking to a different person !

Very helpful from start to finish till I moved into my new home.
They team was very good in responding to any queries I had and they got in touch to let me know what's was going on. Willing to help and very nice staff.

Good first impression, poor communication.
Was impressed at the initial visit by the professionalism of the agent. Since then communication has been appalling ending up in us loosing a holding fee of £200 due to the accounts department...
I'm new to this, and have had a tenant in place for a couple of weeks. To date, found staff friendly and efficient. System seems to work pretty well (so far).

I liked the speed with which they worked with me to get into the new accomm
They were professional in their dealinngs, thought they forgot to give me one very important information about the alarm code at the new house which is going to cost me to have it reset.
