Lindley and Simpson are not interest in the tenants wants and needs.
Insufficient information provided in relation to the property we rented.
Staff mainly re-active not pro-active. A staff member was quite derogatory towards me when I was questionning a moving in date
- Communication (not reliable, very slow)
- Information package incomplete (no manuals for equipment, park permit)
- Description in inventory report (inadequate)
- Customer experience not existing
