I'm very sorry that you did not receive a response to your voicemail sooner. This feedback has been passed on to our Customer Service Manager, so we can follow up with our agents and make sure this does not happen again.

We've confirmed that your policy documents were resent on Thursday after you spoke with customer service. Please check the spam/junk folder in your email, as your email server may have mistakenly delivered the email there. I've also asked that a second physical copy be mailed to your address, as well.
