I am still waiting for the paperwork to arrive. Postage of the contract and how to stop paying Freedom insurance for funeral cover was supposed to be sent to me a long time ago.

I'm very sorry to hear that your paperwork has not arrived. Policy documents are typically emailed, and sometimes are mistakenly delivered to the spam or trash folder. Please check these folders, as the information may be waiting there. I will, however, pass your comments on to out Customer Service Manager to arrange a call and post a new hard copy as well.

I'm very sorry that you've not yet received your policy documents. This paperwork is emailed, and sometimes is mistakenly delivered to spam/trash folders. Please check these folders, as your welcome email may be waiting there.

I will also pass this on to our Customer Service Manager to arrange a hard copy be posted to your address as well.

Easy to join

Was easy to take out the policy but I little long winded but then they need to get all the information and make sure that the customer understands
