Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, i understand your concern. I would expect this to appear on the bank statement when purchasing an annual multi trip policy because we would attempt to automatically renew the policy the following year by using the same payment card. However, i can see that you purchased a single trip policy so this process wouldn't apply and this is something we need to investigate further so thank you for bringing this to our attention. To clarify, i can assure you that the payment you have made made already is the only payment necessary and we will not be attempting any further payments from the card used in respect of this policy. I understand that my colleague had today contacted you separately via email to confirm the same so i hope that this alleviates your concerns.
