Thank you for your feedback. I have now had the chance to investigate the situation and i can see that you originally contacted us at the end of March and requested your policy documents to be posted to your daughters address. This was then followed up on 8th April as nothing had been received. Firstly, i apologise for any inconvenience caused. It should have been explained to you by our advisor on 29th March 2024 that it is not our usual practice to issue postal documents to any address other than the one listed on your policy - even upon instruction by the policyholder. Therefore we couldnt send your policy documents to your daughters address. I have evidence on file to confirm a replacement copy of your policy documents was indeed posted on 5th April, but this was to the address we have on file for you. You should have received these by now as we have confirmation from the courier, but considering the comments made in your review, it would suggest this is not the case. Therefore, on this occasion, we will make the necessary arrangements to have a copy of the documents to be posted to your daughters address in first class post tonight. Again, i apologise for the inconvenience caused and please let us know at leisureguard@rockinsurance.com if the documents have not been received by the middle of next week.
