Further to the above, i have been speaking with the price comparison site you purchased the policy from and they have advised the issue occurred due to a browser autofill on their end which they are working on at the moment to address. It would therefore seem that the problem occurred outside of Leisure Guards control so with this in mind, can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase?
