Well as i have only bought their service but do not have experience of how they are when you claim this review wont tell the full story but so far so good
Took out travel insurance last week; the online process stalled at the payment screen so had to call them instead. Was fairly easy & after a bit of to-and-fro the online price was matched. All good....
So quick and simple to take out my travel insurance ... and great value for money!
