No point to insure , if they say I have to claim with the airline company for damaged luggage first. Why insure then? Waste.

As Insurer , you should be dealing with them on my behalf. Thats what insurances do. Thats what you are paid for. I don't have time for all this hassle. So paying you is a waste of money.
