The wrong name on policy, lots of calls before speaking to a human, explained that the wrong name was applied and had it verbally confirmed that it was amended but so far only this poll.

Upon investigation, I can confirm that the amendment has been made and our automated document tracker shows the documents being sent multiple times yesterday and placed on your email server successfully. However, they appear to have not been sent to your inbox from the server so we will contact you once delivery has been attempted again to confirm receipt.
Can you provide some further information on the difficulty you had in contacting us? You have mentioned lots of calls but we only have one recorded instance of contact when you spoke to us to make the amendment. If you can kindly elaborate on this, we will be happy to investigate further and provide feedback.

Thanks for your response.
The only number I could initially find was 02047779889, this is the number I was trying. Unfortunately I could find no email to respond to.
Once given a direct line, this after my rating was made, I spoke to a lady that assured me all had been altered. If this is so, I will adjust my rating accordingly on receipt of new documents.
