It seems they are either unable, unwilling or don't know how to amend a policy that had been booked four days previously and didn't come into force for another two months.

I'm pleased to say that Leisure Guard did follow up and managed to resolve the issue with the offer to amend the policy and added a discount for the inconvenience experienced.
MOST INSURERS ONLY ALLOW COVER FOR ONE DESTINATION, AND LEISURE GUARDS ALLOWED ME TO HAVE COVER FOR TWO. ALSO, WITH HEALTH CONDITIONS THIS WAS THE CHEAPEST QUOTE ON THE MARKET FOR MY FAMILY.
