Upon investigation, our records show your policy documents being delivered to your email server the same day you purchased your insurance on 3rd July 2023 and we were not aware they had not yet been received in your inbox. I will arrange for a replacement copy of your policy documents to be sent but please do check your junk or spam folder as some email providers categorise email transmissions like this as such.
