The promotional discount is applied automatically when navigating to the Leisure Guard website directly from the email received, or upon quoting the applicable promotional code to the advisor at the point of purchase. You purchased online and I cannot see that a discount code has been associated with your policy so i can only assume that the Leisure Guard website was navigated to in a different way. Notwithstanding, i will ensure that an advisor contacts you to request the promotional code and retrospectively apply the applicable discount. Also, can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase?
