Booked online because the phone lines were busy but wish I had gone on reviews first as they were not good but we hope nothing goes wrong on our holiday

Thank you for your feedback.
Can i enquire as to which review site your referring to please? Reviews left on Feefo are from verified customers of Leisure Guard. Our contact details are in your policy documentation and we will be happy to alleviate any concerns you may have.
The review invite was to capture your feedback on the sale of the policy so can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase? If so, please let us know of any other issues or if you were happy with the service, please re-rate the review based on this.

Do you have any specific concerns over the reviews you have seen previously? i would be happy to contact you directly to discuss these further.
