Quick respone and a call back to add extras to my policy and at no extra cost.
Hi purchased my travel insurance for a number of years. Never had to make a claim. I have had to make a change to a travel date and was charged. May be some changes should be free of charge.
Straightforward on line documents. Needed clarification on a couple of points which where resolved quickly by adviser over the phone.
