No problem getting the policy but the link on the email to download my documents did not work. Therefore I had to phone to get a paper copy. 10 minutes before my call was answered.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. We aim to provide excellent service and answer all calls within a reasonable time frame but we are busier than usual today following the Christmas break so this has resulted in longer wait times than we would like.
We are currently arranging a postal copy of your documents as requested and these should be with you within the next few days. Please let me know if they haven't arrived by the end of the week at the latest.
