The first policy I booked was great,easy to use and a fair price.
The second policy I tried to book I wasn’t able to pay for it for some reason so I had to buy from a different company,

I have had a look into this with our payment gateway provider and it appears that the second transaction was declined by your bank as a security measure, likely to be a fraud protection related process.
