Over 3 weeks ago I purchased an annual travel insurance policy with Leisure guard.
I paid about 6 days in advance of the policy starting on 10th March by credit card.
As I have no means of printing...

I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. I can see that you have requested a postal copy of your documents on more than one occasion and i am surprised that they have not yet arrived.
I will look into this further but in the meantime i will ensure that a copy is in tonight's post to you.

Thank you for your reply to my feedback to you.
If you say that you have posted the travel insurance documents as I have requested more than once now, perhaps you can tell me what has happened to them !!
You say that you have posted out another set of documents to us, let’s hope we have better luck this time, if and when they arrive I may adjust my feedback to Leisure Guard.
In the meantime thank you for you prompt reply to my feedback.

I had trouble putting the payment through phoned up and was helped by a charming young lady all sorted in a few minutes, hope any other issues solved as efficiently.
