We're sorry to hear it didn't fit! If you have any questions about anything please let us know.
Hi Caleb! We're sorry your tablets came broken. Since Chlorine is a soft chemical in its solid form, this has a tendency to happen in transit. They are still completely usable, but if you would like further assistance, we encourage you to contact our customer support line at 1.800.356.3025 or support@poolsupplies.com Monday-Thursday 8 am-8 pm, Friday 8 am - 7 pm, or Saturday & Sunday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm EST. Thank you for your feedback!

Hello Caleb! We're sorry your tablets came broken. Due to transit and the chemical of Chlorine being a soft and brittle chemical in its solid state, there is a tendency for this to happen. We can assure you that the efficacy of the tablets is still the same high-quality chlorine you ordered, but if you would like further assistance, we encourage you to speak to our team of customer support experts at 1.800.356.3025 or support@poolsupplies.com Monday-Thursday 8 am-8 pm, Friday 8 am - 7 pm, or Saturday & Sunday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm EST. Thank you for your feedback!
the straps were too wide for attachment of solar cover to the reel using parts I purchased from you when I purchased the reel. Those straps were an aqua blue.

The vacuum I ordered was basically for one of the attachments. It was a great price, so now I also have a backup too. The delivery was excellent and received sooner than expected. A+++
