Good morning and thank you for your feedback - we do offer an alternative service via UK Mail who in turn would offer a Next Day, Pre-12 and Pre-9 service should this be required. After viewing the order details it does appear that delivery was attempted as of 12:01 on 18/07, however the goods were refused upon attempt as it was stated these were not ordered, and in turn the goods were received back to us as of 23/07. With this in mind are you able to advise as to whether any additional delivery instructions are required so that we may look toward re-shipping this?
