I'm sorry to hear that this is the case and thank you for making us aware. I can see that a replacement T8 tube was issued and feedback has been provided to the courier, however can you advise as to whether the candle bulbs are non-working as a result of the parcel damage?

HI Steven, thank you for bringing this to our attention and we can see the service has not been met. It does appear that your postage costs were refunded in light of this, and the tracking indicates this has now been delivered as of 23/07 at 10:38. Can you confirm that this is now with you?

Thanks for confirming Steven and I'm glad this is now received, although I must apologise for the state the consignment was received in. After viewing the tracking information there has not been anything out of the normal suggesting the contents needed to be inspected and I will certainly have this investigated.
