Everyone is polite, helpful and their main aim is to ensure you have a nice holiday. Also the other people staying were nice.

Excellent good value ski holiday staff are amazing
Really good value ski package all the staff were excellent would definitely book with Le Ski again. Alice is an amazing cook and baker.

Disappointing
The chalet experience was disappointing. The cleanliness was not good enough with crumbs on chairs and floor as soon as we arrived and hairs all over the bedroom.

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with some aspects of your stay. French regulations mean that our staff have two days off per week and we have been implementing this for the past three seasons. Ski week in chalet
The hosts were really friendly and helpful. I would suggest having s it done house keeping rules on timings for meals etc beforehand but otherwise it was great. Food was really good but quite a lot...

great service from Le Ski on flights and transfers and in the Chalet
Rooms (on small basic side, but comfortable and perfectly adequate)
