Long delivery time and hight shipping cost

- too long delivery time - Outrageous shipping cost: had to pay for a 20 kg package fee while the total weight of my package was only 3kg

Dear Sir,

Unusual for a Bosch order to take longer than normal. I can only apologise and put this down to the fact Bosch were moving their warehouse at the time.

Carriage charge to Sweden is a standard amount and unfortunately there is no way around that. (This you would have seen when you placed the order). Power tools & batteries have to go by courier, be tracked and insured. There's no cheaper option, sadly.
