We're sorry to learn you had problems with what is normally a reliable brand. The unit should have been collected yesterday from you and on receipt we will be despatching a new replacement, that should be with us today.

Sorry to learn that you had to struggle to fit your TV to this bracket. Having fitted one myself recently using a different bracket on a large TV and had much the same issues. However, your item was on clearance and represented good value even though televisions do not seem to have any standard mounting fittings nowadays.
