Very unfortunate to have received an otherwise robust machine from Bosch. In my experience, damage in transit claims manifest from individuals rather than companies. For this we are very sorry not to have a completely satisfied customer and hope you will come back to in the near future so we can demonstrate our normal service and the usual quality of our products.
