We are so pleased with the App as we cant leave our traditional welcome folder it hopefully fulyl replaces all the information in there and has extra on top! Hi Sara - we are so glad you and your family enjoyed The Railway Carriage- I am sorry the tub wasn’t quite up to temperature when you arrived, it is our goal that they all are but sometimes there is an hour or so delay which makes it tricky but they always are by the evening! We can always leave the meat in the fridge if asked as well rather than the freezer, some guests ask us to leave certain items int he fridge and others in the freezer. We would love to welcome you and your family again to Lavender Hill and hope you had a safe drive home- best wishes Kate
