Too expensive for what I actually received. Quality is not good either as the label kept coming off every single time I put the clothes in the wash. Not going to buy again.

Very good and quick service. Labels are high quality. I bought them last year as well, great condition even after hundred washings :)

Thanks so much for returning to us, lovely to hear you're happy with your order!
service was fine but I wish that the actual labels weren't made of ?polyester, as it is fiendish to sew with, and even worse with synthetic garments. I had really painful fingers from having pull...

Hi there! Glad the wearer is happy with them. Just to clarify the labels are made from taffeta. Many thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. :)
There was an initial problem with the order, but the customer service was excellent, really helpful, and they promptly replaced the faulty item, in a very generous way.
