Drop off was smooth, pick up was a bit delayed.

Excellent and hassle free service

Most importantly they did what they said they would do and the car was looked after.

Waiting time is kept to minimum. Car is kept in good conditions

The driver that took my car forgot to say he needed the ticket and that I had to pay the £8 fee for drop off. I re read the e mail and it does say that the customer needs to pay £7.50 at drop off...
