The service was quite slow

Generally ok. Car was returned with a flat tyre, must have had a slow leak. Would have expected them to have pumped up the tyre.

Faisal was amazing, and collected the car from that airport. The car was filthy on the outsidewhen we collected it.

Had to call the number repeatedly before answered. Took ages to provide car (30 mins) despite two phone calls telling them exactly where we were in the arrivals process. Really poor customer attitude...
