good service will us again

fast delivery - thanks

Delivery very good and reasonable. Cheaper than going to the local wool centres.

The products are excellent, but the website is a nightmare. The catalogue doesn't always have the product codes, and if you try and locate them on the web site, you can never find them. I hate...

it arrived in good time

excellent service

Service quick & efficient but liked wool samples in earlier catalogues. These gave more accurate idea of colour.
