The advertised price was far lower than the actual price
They advertise a rental property at £300 per month less than that actual price. The actual price was only revealed after the property had been viewed and I had asked to take on the property.

Helpful Staff
Staff were very polite and helpful. Sometimes left waiting for email replies, though every issue or question was answered eventually.
