We did this small job 6 weeks ago and this is the first time I have known about a fault with the decorator's sealer? We returned without delay to see why the dishwasher was not working and repaired the leak.

I will phone you directly on this I was unaware we had not completed the work

The job was in February but Mr Davies did not report his dissatisfaction with the job until April. All the reasons for the delays are true. Our main fitters of 10 years left the company because of heart problems. My son and two grandsons started working with us. Two of them got covid. My oldest grandson did his knee ligaments and has had six weeks off work and has just returned to work. My son is now of work with possible intestine cancer. I told Mr Davies this, this morning and we would be in touch in the next 4 weeks to complete the work, but he then said he would start proceedings against us! We have not ignored his complaints we have sent fitters to lookout the issues but not had time to address them.
