Don't overcharge customers.
You over charged my credit card, it took 8 telephone calls. 4 e-mails a whole week. And a bucket load of stress for me. Without even a apology!

Thank you for your feedback, all refunds take 3-5 working days and unfortunately your refund was processed on Christmas eve. You have now spoken to Adam and we understand you thought everything else was brilliant. We apologise again for the delay in the refund.
I do highly recommend this company due to the brilliant service provided by the two individuals who came to our place. They are really supportive and managed to store all our stuff in one container...
Well organised but last morning felt rushed. We needed to be more aware of speed of packing as some keep items were packed.

Poor removal service
We had Kelly’s do our pack and move with some things into storage. They subcontracted the packing and we had to supervise as things were not being protected well. On unpacking they clearly wanted...
