Avoid at all cost
Dreadful service, once Goods were in storage l was told 3 week wait for delivery!
Then told another company could deliver for them in a week, l asked them to call and double...

Dear Caroline, we are dealing with you offline with our Directors to get this resolved. Due to being our busiest time of the year and not having availability ourselves we went above and beyond to source a removal company for you to collect your goods from us and deliver directly to you. Due to traffic on the day of delivery, the removal firm were unable to complete the job. We offered next day delivery which you were unable to attend so agreed redelivery would take place on the following day. We believe you were made aware of the unfortunate traffic that the removal firm encountered on the previous day. We are dealing with the removal firm to confirm this and will be in touch soon.

Unfortunately nothing has yet been done to resolve this, l have a glass table top missing and a broken cabinet. The only time The sales director called me was to in his own words “ confirm what the other delivery company had said about Kelly’s storage to ensure they were not spreading untruths”
At no time did the company who actually delivered my goods bad mouth Kelly’s or comment, except to say in passing that they had only been asked to do the job 4 days after it was supposedly booked by Kelley’s.
3 times l have requested a invoice as l have had 2 payment demands l am unsure of the dates to which they relate, l still don’t have this.
These are facts.

Friendly and professional

Couldn't have asked for more.
Matt and Andy were great, they turned up when they said they would, were very polite and loaded everything up very quickly and efficiently. Couldn't have asked for more from them.
