Thank you so much for your feedback regarding your purchase. I am sorry to hear that there appears to have been an issue with your probe which we will certainly test for you once received. Returns to us can take a while via Royal Mail and to ensure that you don't miss out using you rdevice especially if you are making good progress, and eventually you would need a replacement probe, our recommendation to purchase another probe in the mean time is to help you continue with your results.
