We thank you and sincerely appreciate you taking the time to feedback your recent experience and I am so sorry to hear that you feel the Kegel8 unit hasn't helped you so far. I have tried to contact you via email to discuss this further but unfortunately we've not heard back from you as of yet.
We would like the opportunity to discuss with you to find out why the unit might not be helping you so far and see what we can do or recommend to rectify this. Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience with your Kegel8 unit. I have tried to contact you to discuss but unfortunately I have not heard back from you.
I can see that you have had your unit for only a few weeks and it does take time and dedication to the regime to see results. We recommend that you exercise once a day, every day and results should be felt approximately after 12 weeks, this of course depends on muscle damage, usage etc.
