The parcel was delivered "on time" - the customer chose "next working day delivery" and ordered the item late on Thursday night at 8pm which is far later than our cut off time of 2:30pm. The item was delivered the next working day which is Monday 15th October - see delivery details attached as proof. http://www.apc-overnight.com/apc/quickpod.php?txtpostcode=LE8+5TW&txtconno=111382&Track=Track&type=1 We responded to the customer immediately through email to her hotmail account.
