Good Afternoon, firstly, please accept my apologies that you were not satisfied with the service or products that you received. After looking into this with my team, I can see that my colleague has
credited/refunded the whole order upon receiving your email of dissatisfaction. It looks like our manufacturer were experiencing issues with materials, hence the delays. The purchasing team will be working hard to try and omit these delays moving forward. We do hope that we can serve you again in the near future and with an experience much better than this one.
