Ace Space @ Smart Storage

Great service and very helpful. The staff resolved my predicament with a great solution for storing my goods. I would highly recommend the service and would use them again if required.

Customer service

All staff are interested in is getting your money. They promise to call you but don't, can't reason with you over anything, you go to site and staff are just sitting in office doing nothing mostly.

Store manager was the one who was meant to contact myself on three occasions. Been the depo most days and no one has been bothered to get of there bums and say high or see if everything alright. I have still not been shown how to put code in just lucky I know from other self storage units I have had in the past

I'm sure it won't change anything. The price had gone up and up since my belongings have been in there, and that's a long time, !

We have had items in storage for 3 years and have never yet found another facility providing the same level of security, service standards or pricing in either the north west or on the south coast.
