It could be a bit bigger than it is as the pillow is more compressed with the case on, which makes it too firm. Going to make one myself

Glad I ordered a spare pillowcase. I initially thought that I’d been sent two spare pillow cases ... it wasn’t immediately obvious that the pillow needed a case putting on it.

Very comfortable. Have been looking for an adjustable pillow for ages, the only one I could find really expensive. This is great quality and a great price.

So far they are already helping to reduce snoring and neck pain .
