Customer service good, pillow was out of stock & I had prompt reply to my query as to when they would be available. Pillow was sent within few days of order & well packaged.

My pillows arrived very quickly. Sadly, they do not work for me and I found them v uncomfortable. Will be returning them. They could well work for others; just not me unfortunately.
