Dear customer,
We offer a 14 night sleep trial and you are able to return the pillow within that time. We believe we offer a great service here in allowing customers to trial the pillows as most companies do not allow you to return pillows. All returns go to a Woman's charity in London who can make use of such items as we do not resell used pillows.
