issues are still awaiting resolution. more promises made and reneged on utterly disappointing.

due to the ongoing issues with the machine we have been disappointed with the experience. hopefully after over 10 days without a machine the issue has now been resolved.

I believe that this has now been resolved. Unfortunately the new Melitta XT4 machine had an intermittent issue with the milk side. We initially attended and had difficulty locating the actual issue, but we did ask for a more experienced engineer to attend. This duly happened and on arrival the machine was operating 100% correctly. We have since spoken with you and I understand that you were happy with the visit and commended the engineer……. BUT the machine failed again later in the day. Kevin Dixon, our assistant manager attended WITH the manufacturer and I understand that we have definitely resolved the issue… the issue was caused by a faulty milk pump, which had seized. The machine is 100% correctly operating and we are sorry for any inconvenience this has cause you.
