I didn't receive the item and when I emailed about it did not get a response. I emailed again and again got no response. A couple of days later I got an email from PayPal giving me a partial refund...
I received my order just fine, but posted all but one items as returns on 30/03 and have since tweeted and emailed twice each to find out where my refund is, to no avail. Terrible service!

Know what you have in stock before charging people for goods. If you say you’re sending something by next day delivery, don’t send it three days later. Respond to enquiries about late delivery.
