My refund email was most confusing. Even now I’m having to wait to see my bank statement to see if I’ve been fully refunded.

A lovely online store, unfortunately the sizes might no always fit correctly and the international returns are not easy to do. Also, no possible exchange of sale items.

The item that I ordered didn't actually turn out to look quite like the photo so I went to return it. There was a paid returns label in the bag and the refund arrived with me within the week. A shame...

Website crashed when making purchase so had to call to confirm it had gone through. Confirmation emails took several hours to arrive. Voucher was not emailed on the day it was supposed to - it was 24...
