Thank you for your great feedback. It is fantastic to hear you rate the coaching as 'very good' and coaches as 'excellent' as this is what we live for! This was our first year in the new accommodation building so we are keen to hear client thoughts on it. There is a bigger lounge area and it is more spacious but your comments about the bedrooms are ones we will be taking up with the School. With 10 - 17 year old children we obviously have a duty of care. We have to tread a line between offering space to roam and security. We will re-look at how we have been managing this area - your points are taken in a positive way. Our focus was on the tennis so we agree that we didn't make use of all the facilities (pool and gym). Thanks for bringing this to our attention as this was an oversight on our part and one we will review in the future. The food comment is a genuine surprise as we have had some very positive feedback and thoroughly enjoyed it ourselves. Thanks again for taking time to give us your feedback.
