Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re your order placed with Joe Browns. We are pleased that you like the style of Joe Browns, but were disappointed to see that the garment did not perform top your expectations after washing.I have mentioned this to the Q.C department, who agree that this should not be the case after so few a washes. We were disappointed to see that you were not happy with this dress, and we can see why when the write up and image does not show exactly what the dress is like.For future seasons we are now lookimg more closely at the products and descriptions and incedences like this should be few and far between. We were pleased that you like the styles we offer , but were disappointed to see that you think some items were over priced and that the fabrics were poor. I have passed the comments on price and quality of fabrics to the buying office, as all comments like this help us to try and select products and price items that our customers are happy with. We were very pleased to see that you like the style of Joe Browns, but disappointed to see that the stitching on the hem was loose after only wearing a few times.All items that we sell should be perfect, so if this is not please return and we will refund or replace as no item should do this.
