Thank you for taking the time to let us know your comments on your recently purchased pair of jeans. It is always good to get the different views of all our customers so that we can use these to ensure we are giving our customers the product that they expect. As you have said we do often repeat our products the following year in a different colour, and the reason for this is that our customers love our styles and we are often asked to repeat these. We always aim to please our customers so we thought why not let them have the styles they love and keep it updated and funky by producing the same item but in the latest seasons colours; however we would also hate for our customers such as yourself to feel there is not enough new products also. All the comments we receive do get passed onto the relevant teams, and we are working very hard to be the best by knowing our customers. Thank you once again for the comments and your valued custom. I am sorry to hear that you did not like your product when it arrived, and I am glad to hear you will continue to shop with Joe Browns nevertheless. A new catalogue was sent to you recently so hopefully you will find something suitable and to your taste within our new range as there are some really fab products. Thank you for taking the time to add your comments regarding the Laid back shirt, and I am glad to see you still managed to find another shirt that was more to your taste (My Favourite Shirt) Generally our reproduction of colours is very good and something we do take seriously - our Marketing Director is often at the printers at 3am deciding whether something needs to be a shade lighter or a touch darker in order to give a better representation.
