Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re your order placed with Joe Browns. We are glad you like the casual look, but disappointed to see that we charge for delivery and returns. We unfortunately charge for returns, and where companies do not charge, they have built the cost of returns into the selling oprice of the item. We chose not to do this as it would raise the costs of our products and we deemed that to be fair to all of our customers. To thank you for your comments I would like to offer you free p&p on your next order. If you would like to do this please call the call centre and they will do this for you.
